If you came last year, your wristband is free and you are in before anyone else — which is also how you get your pick of Root Access and of the camping zones, while there is still a choice to make. That is the entire programme. No points, no tiers, no app, nothing to collect. You came, so you come back on us.

Codes go out by email on 1 September — you will not miss it by not checking this page.

How it works

We email you a code
One code, yours, and good for one free wristband. It arrives before the presale opens, from our own address, and it looks likeBB-2K7F-QH4M. It covers you, not your group — if someone is coming with you, they need their own code or a ticket at the going rate.
You use it in the shop
The code unlocks tickets that are not otherwise on sale. Enter it at the top of the ticket shop, or follow the link in the email, which fills it in for you.
The window closes when general sale opens
After that the code stops working — not as a punishment, just because everything is on sale to everybody and it has nothing left to unlock.

Am I on the list?

If you bought a ticket to a previous year under the email address you still use, you are on it. That is the whole rule.

Ask us — we will not make you guess

We deliberately do not have a lookup form on this page. A page that tells anyone whether a given email address belongs to a past attendee would leak our attendees' details to whoever asked, so we do not build one. Ask us in the Discord instead and a person will check the list by hand.

Ask for my code

Opens the Discord invite. Tell us the name you booked under and roughly which year you came — you do not need to post your email address. Allow us a day, and ask before the presale rather than during it.

If something goes wrong

I've lost my code: Ask in the Discord and we will resend the same one. We can see which code is yours, and whether it has been used.
A friend gave me their code: It will work, once, and then it is gone — which means the person it belonged to has lost their early access. Codes are single-use and tied to one person, so please do not pass them around. If yours gets used by someone else, tell us and we will sort it out.
My code says it is invalid: Check for a typo first — the codes avoid characters that look alike, but it happens. If it is right and it still fails, the presale may not be open yet. Ask in the Discord and we will look — no need to post the code itself in public.
Can I bring someone with me?: Yes. The presale is not one ticket per code — buy for the people you are coming with.

We hold your name, your email and which years you came. Nothing else, and it is never sold or shared. The privacy policy spells it out.
