Before you buy
- Refunds
Refundable up to 30 days before gates, minus the processing fee. After that, transferable but not refundable: message us in the Discord and we will take the new attendee's details privately from there and re-issue. Do not post anybody's name or booking details in a public channel.
- What ID you need
Photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Under-16s do not need ID but must arrive with the ticketed adult in their order.
- How you get your wristband
No wristbands are posted. Everything is a QR code on your phone or on paper, scanned at the gate, where you get the physical wristband. Screenshot it before you drive up — there is no signal at the gate.
- If the event is cancelled or postponed
If we cancel outright, your order becomes a credit towards a future Beats & Branches event rather than a refund — we will issue the credit and tell you what it covers. If we postpone, your order moves to the new dates and you can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement instead. Weather does not stop this event: pack for snow and for 65F.
- What we do with your details
- Checkout happens on our ticketing platform, and your address, phone and emergency contact stay there — this website never receives them and stores nothing but a newsletter address if you give one. The privacy policy says exactly who holds what.
- Accessibility
- Ask for the accessible camping area at checkout rather than on the day, so we hold you a level pitch beside ADA parking. Access details.
Nothing on this page can take your money yet. If a site ever asks you to pay for Beats & Branches somewhere other than our own shop, it is not us — tell us in the Discord.
